1100 Workout
For those of you who don’t know. I was fat, 187 some odd pounds. I said we gotta fix this, so I started a diet and working out. I’ve gotten down to 143. That’s a lot of weight. I’ve gained quite a bit of muscle in the process. I just recently (within the last 6 months) started drinking protien to help. It does, I don’t feel as sore the next day, I can see better muscle definition. My GOD do they taste nasty. I’ve been drinking mango peach shakes for the last 6 months, and I’ve bout had it with this flavor. I am about to order some new ones I think. Oh well… Figured I needed to blog it’s been a while.
